Symptoms of Enlarged Prostate

If you're like most men, the symptoms of enlarged prostate can be a little worrisome if you're unfamiliar with the prostate's inner workings.

Odds are, your prostate gland is only enlarged (called Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy ((BPH)), and not due to prostate cancer.

Main Symptoms

- A weak stream of urine when stopping and starting.
- Difficulty starting urination.
- Dribbling of urine, especially after urinating.
- A sense of not emptying the bladder.
- Leaking of urine.
- Frequent urination.
- A Strong and sudden desire to urinate especially at night.
- Blood in the urine.

If your prostate gland is larger than normal aka benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), it's best to talk to your doctor regardless of what it is. As previously stated an enlarged prostate gland and prostate cancer are two separate diseases. Cancer being the much more serious of the two.

Having enlarged prostate symptoms is the result of a specific hormonal imbalance (high estrogen) that can be treated easily with medication Arimidex (Anastrozole) and Aromasin (Exemestane). Talk to your doctor.
